This position plays a vital role in providing our workforce with the necessary technical assistance to ensure optimal job performance.

Position Title: IT Support Specialist

Location: Nashville, TN (Franklin Office)

Employment Type: W2 Contract - 12+ Month

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite/in-office, 2 days remote)

Experience Requirement: 1-2 years

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver first-line technical assistance to staff through various communication channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including workstation and user account setup.
  • Record and manage support requests utilizing our ticketing system.
  • Refer complex problems to advanced support or specialized teams as needed.
  • Oversee the inventory of IT assets and supplies within ServiceNow.
  • Offer training and guidance to users regarding best practices and IT policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support capacity.
  • Solid understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, O365).
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Customer service-focused with a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals) are advantageous.
