Job Title: Inventory Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Manager to join our team at Synergy America, Inc. in Duluth, GA. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization, monitoring, and reporting of our company's inventory. Your role will be critical in ensuring the efficient handling of our products and supplies, which is essential for achieving our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify shortages and ensure that product stock is adequate for all distribution channels.
  • Use data analysis and forecasting methods to anticipate future needs and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, and other relevant information.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar position (10+ years).
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Detailed knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP).
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, logistics, or relevant field.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. CPIM) will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAGE ERP system and ScanForce will be a plus.
  • German as a second language will be a plus.
  • Must be willing to work in both the office and the warehouse.
