Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Primoris Services Corporation. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing contract documents, tracking version history, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Document Control: Manage contract documents, track version history, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Coordinate communication between departments, schedule calls and meetings, and facilitate communication with clients.
- Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines, managing information flow, and communicating project progress to management.
- Contract Administration: Perform contract administration tasks, including reviewing and updating contract documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 1-5 years' experience in EPC Contract Administration and review required
- Skills: Demonstrated organizational skillset, strong interpersonal ability, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with Adobe and/or Bluebeam preferred
