Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Mass Markets is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products and services
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
