About the Role

Green Street Advisors is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving long-term success and value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure seamless integration of our clients into our platform.
  • Client Support and Training: Provide exceptional support and training to our clients, empowering them to maximize the value of our platform.
  • Client Advocacy: Foster strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities to expand our platform's use case and drive client growth.
  • Client Retention: Develop and execute strategies to improve client retention rates, ensuring long-term success for our clients.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Account Management: Partner with our sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial sales/services, relationship management, or client service environment.
  • Skills: Superior relationship building skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Communication: Confident and skilled communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States now and in the future, without sponsorship requirements.
Working Conditions

The Customer Success Professional will work indoors in an air-conditioned office building and must be able to remain stationary at a desk and computer for a majority of the day.
