We're seeking a talented Junior Customer Success Manager to join our team at AppCard. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll play a critical role in delivering loyalty marketing solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train clients on the effective use of our platform to maximize their loyalty and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored loyalty and marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date on our platform's latest features and capabilities to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Monitor client adoption and usage, providing coaching and training to optimize their experience.
  • Develop and execute data-driven campaigns and in-store promotions to drive growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and support.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage complex software/hardware implementation projects.
  • Tech-savviness, with a basic understanding of front-end and back-end development.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and BI tools, like Cognos or SiSense, is a plus.
