About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess Customer Needs: Evaluate customer loan requirements and provide personalized solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Loan Processing: Process new loans and manage communication with customers regarding account status.
  • Collection Calls: Execute collection calls on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment.
  • Sales and Marketing: Generate new sales leads through marketing and community networking efforts.
  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the team's success.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Fridays 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturdays 8:30 am - 12:30 pm (rotational basis).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns.
