Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive Telemecanique market share growth in North America and Canada.
  • Collaborate with global product managers, engineers, and manufacturing to highlight local wins and success stories.
  • Provide commercial and application support for post-sale product opportunities, including quality or custom modification.
  • Drive marketing for lead management and generation, including tradeshows, advertisements, search words or other campaigns, with KPIs for monitoring revenue from activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven history of rolling out new products in a diverse organization.
  • History with Salesforce or ERP to collaborate on opportunities, wins and funnel activity.
  • Good communication and organization skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and verbal communication skills for small to medium audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and highly motivated.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization.
  • Willing and able to travel within United States and Canada (up to 25%).
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree. Electrical components selling experience a plus.
  • 3+ Years of industrial product management experience in an industrial environment.
