Strickland Companies Packaging Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our packaging sales team in central/southern Alabama. This role presents a great chance to establish a sales career with a reputable company that prioritizes its employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or surpass personal and company goals by selling and promoting products
  • Identify opportunities and propose solutions provided by Strickland Companies that cater to customer needs
  • Create and deliver customized presentations and business solutions for current and potential customers
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues, actively seeking timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with different sales representatives to broaden segment and product knowledge and jointly promote solutions to customers
  • Utilize sales technology and tools to meet strategic account planning goals and maximize customer and segment growth potential
  • Report results, leads, and prospects through a CRM program
  • Travel is a requirement

Requirements:

  • Preferably possess experience and knowledge in packaging
  • Demonstrated ability to connect effectively with customers, understanding their needs clearly
  • Previous experience in outside sales
  • Capable of managing multiple projects, working under pressure, and adapting to market changes
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are essential, with a firm dedication to customer service
  • Passionate, well-organized, consistent, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
