About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at American Express Global Business Travel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the meetings and events industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
