About the Role

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager at the Senior level to lead the development and implementation of acquisition strategies and plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition and program management.
  • Lead the development and implementation of acquisition strategies and plans.
  • Provide quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.).
  • Support program management reviews, senior-level meetings, and IMP/IMS reviews.
  • Support implementation and execution of agile software development processes in concert with Government and Prime Contractors.
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • One of the following Education/Experience criteria must be met:
    • Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD.
    • BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
    • 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which must be in the DoD.
Working Conditions
  • Willingness to travel if required.
  • Ability to ascend/descend stairs as required.
  • Ability to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs as needed.
