Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BAS/BMS Controls Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, repair, and installation of BAS/BMS controls
  • Perform start-up, checking, testing, system diagnostics, and commissioning of building automation systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement efficient solutions to improve system performance and reliability
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in building automation or commercial HVAC control systems
  • 5+ years of mechanical HVAC or related experience
  • Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Distech, Tridium Niagara, Siemens, Trane, Delta Controls, Automated Logic, or other
