  • Explore the aviation sector – visit different airports and connect with industry professionals
  • Aviation activities – introduction to ground school and the chance to fly in a Delta aircraft
  • Build relationships and investigate career trajectories
  • Participate in a mentorship program
  • Acquire hands-on experience: review designs, create presentations, prepare construction estimates, assist in bidding processes, visit active construction sites, engage in construction management, and support project completion
  • Duration: Eight-week program with no work during designated holidays
  • Accommodation provided
Qualifications (The experience you bring):
  • Current student pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Exposure to aviation is a plus, but not essential
  • Previous internship or co-op experience is beneficial, but not required

  • Strong interest in airports and aviation
  • Willingness to travel, design, and construct airports, and embrace new learning opportunities
  • Enthusiasm for learning and trying new experiences
  • Interest in civil site design and construction/land development
  • Desire for exposure to all aspects of consulting engineering
  • A curious learner – you aim to continuously expand your knowledge and stay updated on industry advancements
