Staff Services Manager I Position

The Public Employees Retirement System seeks a highly skilled and experienced Staff Services Manager I to join the Customer Experience Division, Quality Assurance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the QA Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the QA Team, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA Team.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to quality assurance.
- Identify and address any quality issues or concerns, taking corrective action as needed to maintain the highest standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop the skills of QA Team members, ensuring that they have the necessary expertise to perform their roles effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, leadership, and customer service. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant work experience are required.
