Job Description and Duties

The Public Employees Retirement System seeks a highly skilled and experienced Staff Services Manager I to join the Customer Experience Division, Quality Assurance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the QA Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

  1. Provide leadership and guidance to the QA Team, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed to the highest standard.
  2. Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA Team.
  3. Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to quality assurance.
  4. Identify and address any quality issues or concerns, taking corrective action as needed to maintain the highest standards.
  5. Recruit, train, and develop the skills of QA Team members, ensuring that they have the necessary expertise to perform their roles effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, leadership, and customer service. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant work experience are required.
