Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A ServSafe Food Handler's Certificate.
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen management role.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
