We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior Therapist to join our team in Chesterfield, VA.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one therapy in our outpatient clinic and/or in approved community settings under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Assistant Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA).
  • Implement client-specific programs, behavior plans, and other activities as outlined for each client.
  • Complete all required clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and Family Insight policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients' treatment teams.
  • Participate in onboarding training and upload required documentation within the established timeframe.
  • Attend scheduled staff meetings and supervision meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • Participate in remote interview process.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and move swiftly with clients to ensure their safety.
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
  • Preference given to applicants who are a RBT, have ABA experience, or enrolled in BCBA/BCaBA coursework.
