Behavior Technician Role:

Little Leaves Behavioral Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Work one-on-one with clients to promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth
  • Collect and record data to track client progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care and support
  • Participate in regular training and supervision to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education, Social Work)
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays (strongly preferred)
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or commitment to earning one within 90 days of hire
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
