Key Responsibilities
  • Instruct and evaluate students in laboratory and clinical settings, ensuring they meet the program's standards and requirements.
  • Work closely with clinical instructors to ensure a seamless learning experience for students.
  • Act as a liaison between the college and hospital department manager, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a health-related field or a related discipline.
  • Teaching experience in a Radiologic Technology program, with a focus on clinical and laboratory settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and hospital staff.
  • Ability to design and implement curriculum that meets industry standards and best practices.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in an indoor office environment, with regular interactions with students, faculty, and hospital staff. The position requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, as well as lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds.
