- Strong understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong decision-making skillset.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for clear and constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with industry-specific software and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
