Job Summary

As a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional with All Ways Caring HomeCare, you will oversee the delivery of consumer support services for assigned locations. This role involves supervising personnel to achieve service, clinical, and financial objectives within general resource and reimbursement models. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement service plans within 30 days of moving in, annually, when significant changes occur, and when moving out
  • Monitor service sites to ensure delivery of services in accordance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Investigate incidents of consumer abuse, neglect, or mistreatment in a timely and thorough manner
  • Implement plans of correction to prevent recurrences
  • Monitor and supervise delivery of service plans and personal futures plans
  • Ensure all written training programs are implemented and revised as needed
  • Document consumer progress or regression
  • Initiate discharge planning if appropriate
  • Maintain records appropriately


Requirements

  • Registered Nurse or Bachelor's degree in human service-related field
  • At least one year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disability or other developmental disabilities
  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience required
  • One year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbally
