Job Summary:

As a Lead Dentist - Clinical Director at Aspen Dental, you will be responsible for managing a team of dental professionals while providing exceptional patient care. This is a lead dentist role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality clinical treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
  • Assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
  • Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
  • Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community

Requirements:

  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
