Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering our purpose of bringing our heart to every moment of our patients' health.

You will be responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, as well as overseeing the operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

This includes patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.

You will also be responsible for keeping your customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs.

Additionally, you will lead with heart, motivate and inspire your team, identify business opportunities, and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy.

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be an integral part of our team and will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and customers.
