Facility Operations Lead

The Facility Operations Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing work orders to ensure the effective monitoring and upkeep of all building systems and equipment, including OEM machinery related to the raised floor environment.

Working Hours: 8am-5pm. A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Possession of a valid, unexpired driver's license
  • At least two (2) years of prior experience in facility work order management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold strict compliance with critical facility operational rules and safety protocols
  • Communicate and comply with relevant Federal, State, and local regulations, codes, and standards
  • Utilize standard office equipment and demonstrate basic computer proficiency
  • Employ Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily correspondence and reporting
  • Conduct physical inventory counts at job sites and facilities
  • Ensure proper storage of inventory according to type (e.g., sensitive electronics must be temperature controlled)
  • Assist in the routine inspections of customer facilities to support data center and office operations
  • Perform preventive maintenance on all building systems
  • Aid in scheduling preventive, contracted, and general maintenance with minimal disruption to building services
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and customer inquiries
  • Provide timely verbal and written reports regarding critical systems and ongoing preventive maintenance to the Critical Facilities Technician, Contract Manager, and/or Customer
  • Escort subcontractors as necessary
