We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team.

**Requirements**
We are searching for a candidate with:
* Four (4) year bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, or related field highly preferred.
* Must have production knowledge and ability to lead team members with 3 years of leadership experience.
* Must have lead safety related function within Plant with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
* Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and ISO training and experience is a plus.
* Requires ability to read technical material and develop analysis and recommendations.
* Strong Excel skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**
A typical day may include:
* Implement company's safety program for a safe work environment.
* Manage department, supervise two or more subordinates.
* Make recommendations on hiring, firing, discipline, and promotions.
* Resolve worker grievances or escalate unsettled issues.
* Communicate departmental and plant goals effectively.
* Plan and prioritize production operations.
* Coordinate manufacturing activities to meet product specifications.
* Review production reports to resolve operational issues.
* Ensure machines and equipment operate efficiently.
* Develop and enforce operational standards.
* Maintain production data and paperwork accuracy.
* Enforce company policies (safety, quality, etc.).
* Assist and train subordinates as needed.
* Lead manufacturing activities ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
**Work Environment and Physical Requirements**
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
* The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
* The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may frequently lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
