Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive total annual salary range of $49,000 - $63,000, comprised of guaranteed base pay, commission, and bonus plan. In addition, eligible team members receive an extensive benefits package, including medical and pharmacy benefits, dental, life and disability insurance, a matched 401(k) Plan, paid time off, and much more.
Job DescriptionAs a Retail Sales Career Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our innovative products. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing world-class customer service by utilizing a proven sales process to discover each customer's unique sleep needs.
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS with customers through proactive and effective communication of product features and benefits.
- Demonstrating tenacious drive for results by becoming a trusted 'Sleep Expert' and consistently exceeding sales goals.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with diverse customers.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably high-end sales.
- A commitment to professional appearance and attitude, representing the brand with integrity at all times.
- Able to adapt and grow in a changing, fast-paced work environment.
- Genuine desire to grow and learn, contributing positively to a team-oriented work environment.
- Motivated by a pay-for-performance compensation plan.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
