Job Title: Fleet Sales Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fleet Sales Development Manager to join our team at 24/7 Travel Stores. As a Fleet Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and creating partnerships with businesses that have core functions requiring the use of vehicles that create a fuel demand in our market area.

Fleet Card Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new customer prospects, promoting the brand and growing relationships via a wide range of platforms.
  • Meet with key clients, maintain and grow relationships, and negotiate and close deals.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Maintain company database for accounts.
    • Create new accounts in database.
    • Weekly and monthly billing.
    • Create quarterly reports for customers when requested.
    • Activate and deactivate cards for customers.

Collaboration Responsibilities:

  • Assist other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
  • Track and provide payout data for team member referral program.
  • Train on Fleet card and VIP card with in-store staff.

Loyalty Program Responsibilities:

  • Maintain loyalty program site.
  • Ensure integrity of VIP program.
  • Train VIP Ambassador program.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of our accounts and interact professionally with them.
  • Good driving record - Travel is required throughout the state of Kansas.
