Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective transition process between current and incoming contractor teams
  • Develop comprehensive Transition Plans that outline timelines, key milestones, and required resources
  • Guarantee the thorough completion of all necessary documentation, equipment handovers, and knowledge transfer
  • Offer strategic guidance and support to the Transition Team
  • Lead and mentor project personnel and team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience in the field
  • Must possess US Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to remain in a stationary position for extended durations
  • Occasional mobility within the office to interact with colleagues and clients
