Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will have a strong command of our customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge to offer quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Enter orders into our system and process special requests
  • Work with our outside sales team to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Assist with processing credits and AR/AP functions
  • Provide backup coverage for outside sales associates and assist with workload when needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or higher degree required
  • 2-4 years of meat industry experience required
  • Minimum 4 years in customer service/sales required
  • Strong technology and computer skills required
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English language required
