In this role, you will work closely with our clinical team to coordinate care and ensure seamless delivery of services.

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical insurance, vision & dental insurance, and employee assistance programs.

As an Adolescent Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining open communication with the treatment team. Your duties will also include collaborating with other departments to ensure effective care delivery.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate daily schedules and activities for adolescents in our care
  • Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Collaborate with other departments to address client needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work)
  • 2+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Certification in care coordination or case management (a plus)
