**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at The Willows at Red Oak Recovery.

This role requires a strong passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care to our clients.

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating client care activities, communicating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client care activities, including group therapy sessions and individual counseling
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes and experiences

  • H.S Diploma/GED
