Your Role
You will oversee significant planning initiatives and programs, particularly focusing on U.S. Navy clientele. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Department of Defense (DoD) master planning across various federal project scales and topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and lead a team within a growing practice, providing guidance through project and personnel management.
- Deliver technical leadership for site evaluations, data gathering, regulatory document assessments, technical writing, team coordination, and client relations across a diverse range of projects.
- Ensure the production of precise and clear written and visual documentation while implementing best practices in accordance with established team guidelines.
- Manage multiple assignments concurrently, effectively communicating to resolve competing priorities and deadlines.
- Foster and maintain client relationships to cultivate further work opportunities.
- Conduct quality control for data analysis and project reporting.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. A professional certification (PLA, AICP, RA, PE, and/or PMP) is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, showcasing successful project performance and client relationship management.
Preferred Skills
Experience leading DoD master planning projects and familiarity with the principles of DoD planning and regulatory requirements are highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team are essential.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 - $186,010, reflecting the company's commitment to equitable compensation based on education, experience, and geographic location.
