Job Description

Emerson is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our West Area sales team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing targeted growth programs to achieve profitable growth across various sales channels in the West Area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and profitability in the West Area.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide input and guidance on sales performance metrics and analysis.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of sales leadership experience in the industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
