About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales, customer success, marketing, and graphic design departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading and managing teams, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through personal and team sales efforts
  • Lead and manage the sales team, graphic design team, and remote sales team
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
  • Generate leads through coordinated marketing efforts (online advertising, trade shows, email)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Drive market penetration and market development initiatives
  • Launch go-to-market sales efforts for new products
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years building sales teams, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales tools and platforms. Experience with HubSpot, Shopify, and AirCall are a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work full-time in our Englewood, CO office (this is not a remote or hybrid position). We do not consider applicants living outside of the Denver area
  • Ability to travel for trade shows and client meetings one to two times per quarter
