Job Overview

The Gym Operations Assistant Director/Lead Instructor is a full-time position that plays a vital role in managing the daily functions of a local gym. This role typically reports to the owners and also involves instructing classes at the facility.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual who can lead engaging gymnastics activities and games for children. A high level of stamina and enthusiasm is essential to keep up with the kids and guide them through various gymnastic movements. Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching Excellence: Deliver outstanding classes based on our established curriculum and teaching techniques.
  • Leadership: Supervise a dedicated team to ensure exceptional customer service and a remarkable membership experience. Collaborate with the Program Director for team training and development.
  • Marketing Support: Utilize resources to effectively assist with marketing initiatives and social media strategies.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including marketing, customer service, member relations, revenue growth, community outreach, and event planning.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, following specific cleaning and sanitation protocols.
