We are looking for a seasoned External Consultant with a strong background in creative technology and the marketing technology (Martech) ecosystem to partner with our team on various client projects. In this role, you will leverage your specialized knowledge and insights to assist our clients in enhancing their Martech frameworks and achieving significant business results. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the Consulting Division, you will collaborate closely with our internal team to provide exceptional services tailored to the specific requirements of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Martech Strategy Consulting: Deliver expert advice and strategic recommendations to clients regarding their Martech strategies, tool selection, and implementation processes. Work alongside internal teams to evaluate client needs, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and craft customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Act as a reliable advisor on various Martech platforms and technologies, providing in-depth insights into industry best practices, trends, and innovative tools. Utilize your technical expertise to resolve challenges, optimize system functionality, and ensure the effective deployment of Martech solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with client stakeholders, including marketing, IT, and executive teams, to fully understand their objectives and challenges. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate clients on the advantages and functionalities of Martech solutions, fostering agreement on proposed strategies.
- Project Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including consultants, analysts, and project managers, to deliver cohesive solutions that fulfill client expectations. Collaborate on project planning, execution, and oversight to guarantee timely delivery and superior outcomes.
- Ongoing Learning and Development: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in Martech and creative technology. Share your insights and knowledge with the team to promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Martech consulting, focusing on advising clients and implementing solutions that drive business success.
- Strong comprehension of Martech platforms across the content supply chain, including project management, digital asset management, content management systems, and analytics. Familiarity with automation and CRM systems is a plus.
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to establish rapport and credibility with clients and internal team members.
- Demonstrated success in delivering effective Martech projects on schedule and within budget, maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment.
- Proficiency in using Google Mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
