Position Overview:

The Aerovel Flexrotor is seeking a dedicated Engineering Project Manager to oversee innovative projects within our dynamic team. As a leader in the unmanned aircraft sector, you will play a crucial role in driving technological advancements and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and risk management strategies.
  • Facilitate weekly goal-setting sessions and ensure team alignment on project objectives.
  • Oversee the coordination of engineering deliverables, ensuring all project requirements are met.
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues effectively.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and status updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering and project management.
  • Proven track record in leading product development projects through all phases of the engineering cycle.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.

Physical Requirements:

  • Onsite work is required, with the ability to engage in daily office activities.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in meetings and discussions.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment and documents as needed.

This position requires the ability to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.
