Position Overview:

The Project Engineer will engage in collaborative efforts with partners, vendors, contractors, and fellow Project Farma (PF) Team Members to facilitate projects associated with biomanufacturing throughout its entire lifecycle.

The role entails delivering high-quality outcomes, fostering valuable and enduring relationships with our partners, and consistently enhancing technical and industry expertise in a dynamic field.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to:
    • Provide hands-on assistance throughout the lifecycle of state-of-the-art equipment.
    • Draft technical documentation such as SOPs, protocols, and summary reports.
    • Support the comprehensive development of pharmaceutical biomanufacturing initiatives.
    • Implement system and process validation protocols.
  • Continuous Development: Enhance technical proficiency in PF's core capabilities, which include:
    • Project Management
    • Cell and Gene Therapy
    • Capital Projects
    • Facility Construction
    • Technology Transfers
    • Validation Lifecycle
    • Commissioning and Qualification
    • Quality, Regulatory, and Compliance
    • Engineering Automation and Serialization
    • Reliability, Maintenance, and Asset Management
  • Project Support: Ensure adherence to key project timelines and proactively communicate project status updates.
  • Build meaningful partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Assist in site dashboards and proposal development.
  • Contribute to and promote a patient-centric culture.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
  • 0-3 years of experience in consulting and/or project engineering.
