Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the master engineering project schedule, addressing risks and issues across various project phases.
  • Facilitate weekly goal-setting sessions for project teams, ensuring effective communication and minimal meeting time.
  • Oversee the coordination of engineering deliverables, including approvals, BOM, and drawing releases.
  • Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution and ownership assignment.
  • Forecast and eliminate obstacles to maintain project focus and deliverables.
  • Establish a work breakdown structure (WBS) to guide project execution.
  • Analyze project milestones, dependencies, and resource utilization.
  • Prepare weekly status reports and materials for project reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical, or aerospace engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of combined experience in engineering and project management.
  • At least five years of experience in product development engineering.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as MS Project.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Strong understanding of engineering development processes and configuration management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Onsite presence is required, with daily engagement in office and production environments.
  • Ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, and carrying equipment.
