Position Overview:

The role of the Multi-Site Billing Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer invoices. This position plays a crucial role in addressing billing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships with both external clients and internal teams. The primary objective is to achieve billing targets that align with the company's cash flow and DSO goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine completed work orders within the billing system.
  • Verify and audit quotes, labor, and material costs against work orders.
  • Collaborate with technicians and management to clarify any discrepancies in charges.
  • Communicate significant margin variances to management.
  • Generate accurate customer invoices promptly.
  • Reconcile billing information with third-party customer portals.
  • Engage with customers to resolve any billing-related issues.
  • Maintain billing schedules and customer profiles to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in initial meetings for new customer setups.
  • Work alongside Service Coordinators and the Credit Department to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to support business operations.

This position is based in a standard office setting, with a moderate noise level. Extended hours may be required during peak periods.
