Job Summary

The BarTech Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for maintenance personnel.
  • Provide input to management on maintenance-related issues and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with maintenance personnel, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with maintenance management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Experience with safety protocols and procedures.
