Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of HR processes, and supporting employees with their HR-related needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including record-keeping and document preparation.
  • Assist in recruitment by posting job ads, screening candidates, and conducting reference checks.
  • Onboard new employees, including orientations and paperwork collection.
  • Implement and coordinate training initiatives, scheduling sessions as needed.
  • Support employees with HR queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Assist in performance management, tracking evaluations and providing data reports.
  • Maintain employee confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
  • Execute weekly payroll, collecting and verifying timekeeping information.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or Assistant.
  • Experience in payroll and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
