Job Description
The HR Coordinator will assist the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and supporting employees with their HR-related needs. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in payroll and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including record-keeping and document preparation.
- Assist in recruitment by screening candidates, conducting reference checks, and coordinating interviews.
- Onboard new employees, including orientations and paperwork collection.
- Implement and coordinate training initiatives, scheduling sessions as needed.
- Support employees with HR queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Assist in performance management, tracking evaluations and providing data reports.
- Maintain employee confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
- Execute weekly payroll, collecting and verifying timekeeping information.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or Assistant.
- Experience in payroll and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
