Position Overview:
The Head of Strategic Partnerships will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and revenue by identifying and capitalizing on new business ventures.

Key Responsibilities:


As a leader in Business Development, you will be tasked with crafting and executing strategies that broaden the company's clientele. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Developing and implementing growth strategies that align with the organization’s vision and objectives.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key industry stakeholders, potential collaborators, and influencers to remain abreast of market trends and opportunities.
  • Identifying avenues to enhance customer engagement with the company through additional services or upgrades.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary contact for their inquiries.
  • Overseeing initiatives to attract new clients through various channels, including direct sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Retail SaaS environment is highly preferred.
  • A proven track record in acquiring new business and upgrading existing accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong customer relationships.
  • Experience leading comprehensive initiatives from inception to closure, with the capability to engage C-level executives.
