Job Summary
Veolia Environnement SA is seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for billing customers in a timely and accurate manner, working closely with the Technical Customer Advisor to ensure seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with the Technical Customer Advisor to understand job completion status.
  • Match manifests with original job requests in RPM, confirming with the Technical Customer Advisor.
  • Escalate issues to the Technical Customer Advisor for prompt resolution.
  • Create and issue invoices.
  • Respond to billing queries, initially routed through the Customer Technical Advisor.

Requirements
  • Invoicing and/or financial experience.
  • Proficiency in computer invoicing systems or similar.
  • Sufficient understanding of waste streams, transportation, and disposal, or ability to develop this knowledge.
  • High School Diploma.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Very numerate.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Organized and efficient.
  • Knowledge of the hazardous waste business, or ability to acquire it.
  • Able to collaborate across functions and secure assistance from colleagues.
