Job Summary

The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for billing customers in a timely and accurate manner. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with the Technical Customer Advisor to understand customer needs and requirements
Match manifests with original job requests in RPM and confirm with the Technical Customer Advisor
Escalate issues to the Technical Customer Advisor for speedy resolution
Create and issue invoices
Respond to billing queries from customers

Requirements

Invoicing and/or other financial experience
Experience with computer invoicing systems or similar
Sufficient understanding of waste streams, transportation, and disposal or ability to build this understanding
High School Diploma
