Position Overview:
The Community Relations Business Strategist at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is dedicated to enhancing access to essential treatment services for children with autism. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the marketing efforts for ABA Therapy services aimed at children with autism.
  • Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders including Third Party Payers, Managed Care Companies, and healthcare providers.
  • Generate and qualify inbound leads to facilitate client referrals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of referral sources and analyze market trends.
  • Adjust marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights.
  • Provide regular updates on marketing activities to the Executive Director.
  • Collaborate with management to identify new service opportunities.
  • Adhere to professional standards and organizational policies.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials such as newsletters and email campaigns.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience in sales and marketing within the service sector.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Possession of a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
