Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $85,000 per year, based on the full-time position and location. In addition to the salary, we provide excellent benefits, including same-day pay availability, flexible schedules, and tuition reimbursement.
Job DescriptionAs a Registered Nurse at Madison Health & Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with physicians to implement orders for medications, treatments, and special tests. You will also supervise LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs, providing them with support to deliver total nursing care to residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing the nursing process to assess resident care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes related to nursing care.
- Interviewing applicants, recommending hires, and participating in counseling to the extent permitted by law.
- Initiating and leading team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans, assessing and documenting resident conditions, and assigning team members who have the capabilities and qualifications to meet resident needs.
- Implementing physicians' orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and special tests, and documenting treatment as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you must have current State of Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and be skilled in directing, motivating, and training staff, as well as working as a member of a team.
