Job Description

Concept Plus is seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist / QA to provide enterprise support to our partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing documentation for the KDSS/CMS program, ensuring deliverables meet contractual requirements and are in the customer-indicated format.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage documentation for the KDSS/CMS program, including contractual, documentation, schedule, and program data.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather and document information, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and a technical understanding of the software development processes and technologies involved.
  • Compile and generate reports and metrics as needed by the Program Manager.
  • Provide program support by maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Track project deliverables in Share Point, JIRA, MS Excel, and MS Project.
  • Generate reports and metrics as needed by the Program Manager.
  • Manage schedules, create and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items as per contractual needs.
  • Work with Function Lead to support test requirements as needed.
  • Perform QA tasks as directed by Program Manager.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in/as Documentation Specialist, and Metrics Development.
  • 1+ year of experience with QA.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred, or 10 years experience in lieu of Bachelors Degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years MS Word, Power point, Excel, MS Project experience.
  • Strong technical writing skills, including the ability to write clear, concise, and informative documents that comply with DoD standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Work independently and communicate proactively.
