Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Insight Pest Solutions LLC. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our pest control services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regular interaction with customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate service details
  • Work outdoors for most of the day, lifting at least 50lbs, and crawling/kneeling in tight spaces
  • Apply liquid treatments to soil, drill, trench, and perform basic cleanup after jobs
  • Data entry and documentation into mobile devices for services performed
  • Flexible to work Monday-Saturday during the summer season
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to read and understand simple documents regarding safety, regulatory, or protocol standards
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Talent for solving practical problems and effective reasoning
  • Pass a series of exams as part of new hire training
  • Clean driving record

Dependent coverage is optional and available at group rates. Employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits. An employee's benefits will begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

Insight Pest Solutions LLC offers two different plan options through Aetna. Employees can receive five days of paid time off after working for a full year. The company also provides holiday pay for observed holidays.

As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be trained by Insight's online University Program and monitored by the Service Manager and Lead Technician. You will be expected to ensure the quality of all customer relations in a courteous, respectful, and friendly manner.

Certifications and licensing are required for this position. All candidates must either have an existing license/certification or acquire one with company training assistance.
