Commercial HVAC Sales Consultant

Position Summary
This role encompasses extensive sales responsibilities.

Key Qualifications
  • Ability to qualify leads, deliver impactful sales presentations, and manage objections effectively.
  • Experience in preparing quotes to facilitate sales closures.
  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide recommendations in line with company pricing strategies.
Core Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
  • Plan and organize appointments efficiently, maximizing productivity.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, identifying growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Drive sales revenue consistently, demonstrating a proven sales track record.
  • Understand the organizational dynamics and decision-making processes of prospects to aid in timely commitments.
  • Address customer inquiries and objections with expertise.
  • Identify customer needs and effectively resolve concerns.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations.
  • Manage objections with skill.
  • Communicate value propositions and ROI to clients clearly.
  • Understand and comply with company credit policies.
  • Survey commercial HVAC systems to identify project opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Department, effectively relaying customer needs to both clients and internal teams.
  • Utilize market strategies to uncover opportunities within existing client bases.
  • Employ the value proposition statement to generate customer interest.
  • Assess job conditions, recommend maintenance needs, and coordinate project work with various subcontractors and equipment representatives.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of sales experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with building codes and standards.
  • Valid driver's license.
Compensation:
Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000
Additional Benefits:
  • $700 monthly vehicle allowance, plus commission.
